After you purchase your item, we will email you a form to fill out and confirm placement of your tooth cap.
Price includes impression mold kit which will be mailed to you. This mold kit includes: Trays, 2 Mold Putties, Gloves and a box to send the mold back to us. Don't worry there will be instructions!

To maintain the quality and appearance of your tooth caps or grillz:
- Remove them before eating, drinking, sleeping, and/or smoking.
- Clean them regularly using a soft toothbrush and mild soap.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store them in the protective case provided when not in use.
