Each piece is carefully crafted with quality and precision, and we take pride in delivering your jewelry as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Mold Kit Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Mold kits are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Shipping Methods: We use standard USPS or UPS shipping for mold kits unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Grillz Shipping:

  • US Orders Only: We currently only ship custom grillz within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Once your completed mold is received, your custom grillz will be crafted and shipped within up to 2 weeks. (Please note: more intricate designs may take closer to the full two weeks.)

  • Shipping Methods: All grillz are shipped with insured, trackable shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Other Jewelry Shipping:

  • Processing Time: In-stock jewelry (non-custom pieces) will ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Additional Notes:

  • Magdalene Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs issues (for non-grillz items shipped internationally).
