Policies for Tooth Caps & Grillz
1. Product Disclaimer
Our custom tooth caps and grillz are designed for decorative and cosmetic use only. They are not intended for dental or medical purposes and should not replace professional dental care. We advise consulting with your dentist before wearing custom tooth caps or grillz, especially if you have existing dental issues.
2. Custom Orders
All of our tooth caps and grillz are custom-made based on your preferences. This includes the material, design, and fit. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
3. Fitting Process
To ensure the perfect fit, we offer a molding kit that will be sent to you after purchase. Please follow the provided instructions carefully to create a mold of your teeth. You must return the mold to us within 7 days to avoid delays in your order. We are not responsible for any fit issues caused by incorrect mold impressions. If the mold is not properly done, you will be charged $10 for a new kit to be sent to you.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of tooth caps and grillz, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please ensure that your mold is accurate, and all customization options are selected carefully before finalizing your order. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
5. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day warranty on all custom tooth caps and grillz against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use or care, or any issues related to the fit (as this is dependent on the accuracy of the mold provided).
6. Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and appearance of your tooth caps or grillz:
- Remove them before eating, drinking, sleeping, and/or smoking.
- Clean them regularly using a soft toothbrush and mild soap.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store them in the protective case provided when not in use.
Failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage that is not covered under the warranty.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Once your mold is received and confirmed, the production time for custom tooth caps and grillz is 2-3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item is shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages once the item has been shipped.
8. Health & Safety
Our materials are chosen for their quality and durability, but some individuals may experience allergic reactions to certain metals or materials. If you experience any discomfort, remove the tooth caps or grillz immediately and consult a dentist.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected, including molds, contact details, and payment information, is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to complete your order.
