Return Policy

At Magdalene Studio, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom purchase, we're here to help.

Returns on Jewelry:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted on jewelry items excluding grillz and custom tooth caps.

• Return Window: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Grillz and Tooth Caps: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these pieces, grillz and custom tooth caps are final sale and non-returnable. If you have an issue with the fitting of your tooth jewelry, please email kat@magdalenestudio.com

How to Initiate a Return:

• Please email us at kat@magdalenestudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
