After you purchase your item, we will email you a form to fill out and draw a rough idea of your design and confirm everything with you. 

Price includes impression mold kit which will be mailed to you. This mold kit includes: Trays, 2 Mold Putties, Gloves and a box to send the mold back to us. Don't worry there will be instructions included!
